The museum modernization project of National Historical Commission of the Philippines started in 2013 . Cityneon Philippines, Inc. conceptualized and constructed several NHCP museums all over the country.
The creative inspiration is to build a world-class entertainment experience, to elevate the prestige of the museums as a destination for Filipinos and foreigners alike, to reinforce knowledge and history of the Filipino people and their links to Spaniards

Information was presented in a dynamic, contemporary and interactive approached sustaining the visitor’s interest to every next phase of the exhibit. But the most prominent features of the museums are the sustainability, the interactive components don’t rely on technology alone.
